This website is not an official website of San Jose City College. It is a website funded & maintained currently by members of the Machine Technology Advisory Committee as service to the the Administration, Facility, Staff, and Students of the Machine Technology Department of San Jose City College in San Jose, CA. An outline of the goals for this site can be found here.

This website is under construction and it will be evolving quickly to serve the web needs of the Machine Technology Department.

The website is mainly text to allow the use of online web translators, like Babblefish, or text-to- speech programs which read the web page through the computer sound system.

Currently working, is Student Web Mail, for students who were in the Mach-156 CNC Lathe I class, and Mach-098 Directed Studies, in the Fall '04 Semester. Students should use their WebCT logon, and the same initial password they used at the start of the semester. Your email address will be your WebCT logon @machtech.org .... ie mine is jobr3143@machtech.org.
