Bayside Solutions is a recruiting firm located in Pleasanton focusing its attention on finding qualified candidate(s) for manufacturing, production, machine shop companies within the South Bay.

 

Currently, I am working with a number of companies in the South Bay that are seeking qualified candidates that have to following skill sets:

 

Machinists, Programmers & QA QC Inspectors:

 

Machinists must be able to run, set-up, program vertical, horizontal mills & lathe machines such as Haas, Fanuc, Fadal’s, etc.

 

Experience ranges from 2+ years in this industry.

 

Programmers must have software knowledge such as Geopath, GZero, Gibbs, Solidworks, and MasterCam.

 

Inspectors must have knowledge with CMM, Faro Arm and Smart Scope. These are computerized programs that calculate hole diameters and complex calculations, understand surface finishes, concentricity, flatness, true position, basic dimensions, good documentation skills, read & understand blue prints.

 

These are just a few of the skill sets that are required. Job descriptions vary by company, but the foundation is basically the same. Pay ranges DOE and varies by company.

 

These positions are either contract to hire or direct placements.
